Her husband of three years, Nick Cannon, made the announcement via twitter about an hour ago.
Mariah's reps also confirmed the births, saying the singer gave birth today at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Big congrats to them! Can't wait to see the pics of the babies!

The Nollywood ultimate diva , award winning actress Omotola jalade Ekeinde known as the first go to for deep hard to crack characters has once again brought to bear, her acting skills in the most awaited African movie "Ties that bind". A compelling drama directed by Bafta award winning director Leila djansi.

Acting alongside Omotola is four time NAACP image award winner, Hollywood's Kimberly Elise and Amaa New Best actress AMA k aberese.

The stars who will be playing Theresa(Kimberly ellise), adobea (omotola j Ekeinde), bukin(AMA k) are three women from different walks of life bound together by a similar pain; the loss of a child. In a destined meeting in a small village in Kroboland, the women journey together to redemption, love, life and forgiveness as they renovate a dilapidated clinic for the villagers.

In the words of the writer and director of the movie, it is all excitement and thrills working with the wonderful  cast.

"I was looking for a cast that would carry the integrity of the work in performances and deliver bankability. Actors that will appeal to audiences across the globe!" She said at the movie's World press conference in Ghana recently.

The UN ambassador and singer, Omotola who just became the first African to walk the prestigious Red carpet at the just concluded 53rd Grammy awards could not be reached as at press time as her management confirmed she had flown to London to start another Movie with British renowned actor and boxer Will Johnson an accomplished actor and entertainer known for his most memorable role in ‘Cold Cases’ and ‘Waking the Dead’.

Demi Lovato: I Have Bipolar Disorder

Three months after leaving a residential treatment center, teen star Demi Lovato is bravely opening up about her private struggles – not only with anorexia and bulimia, but also with bipolar disorder. 

"I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar," Lovato told PEOPLE in a candid interview that took place last month in her L.A.-area home. 

But during her three-month stay at a treatment center where she underwent therapy for anorexia, bulimia and cutting, Lovato, 18, who said she's "battled depression from a very young age," discovered why she was having trouble controlling her emotions and actions. 

"Looking back it makes sense," she says of her diagnosis. "There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I'd be up until 5:30 in the morning." 

"I feel like I am in control now where my whole life I wasn't in control," she adds. 

The new revelation explains why when actress Catherine Zeta-Jonesannounced that she has bipolar II disorder, Lovato was quick to Tweet her support. 

Now Lovato is taking the same brave step while discussing the "darkest time" in her life. "What's important for me now," she says, "is to help others."

Before rehab, Demi Lovato spent all of her time and energy trying to live up to the huge expectations she’s set for herself. But like for so many girls, pretending everything was fine only made things worse.
She’d been struggling with depression since she was a kid, and later started cutting herself, starving herself, or bingeing and purging. As the pressure cooker of her life began to boil over, Demi returned to those destructive behaviors. She felt constant anxiety about looking thin, pretty and poised every time she stepped outside. It got so intense that she blew up and punched on of her dancers on tour.

Demi says, “I basically had a nervous breakdown. I was really bad off. My parents and manager pulled me aside and said, ‘You need to get some help.’ It was an intervention. I wanted freedom from the inner demons. I wanted to start my life over.”
